You're welcome! Infact, I have an OC as well who is actually a borrower called Marceline. You see, I had an idea in which borrowers existed on Middle Earth and Marceline ends up meeting Bilbo Baggins before he goes on his quest for Erebor. Check my gallery to see drawings and my journal for my story called A Hobbit and a Borrower. Comment on it and let me know what you think!
I think that's a really cool idea! Yvaine lived in the Shire, and she heard the commotion the dwarves were making during the Unexpected Party scene, so after nightfall she came over to investigate. She quickly became interested in their cause. Long story short, she ended up joining the company as their fourteenth member - because few of the dwarves believed that Bilbo would actually show up, and they figured Yvaine was a viable substitute. When Bilbo decided he was "going on an adventure" after all, Yvaine stayed in the company anyway. You can probably guess what happens next. Here's a badly photoshopped picture of what the contract looked like after Yvaine signed it and left a blank space for Bilbo to sign, just in case.
Oh thank you! I like your idea too! Even though Bilbo tells Marceline to stay behind, she jumps onto the back on his coat and climb up on his head as he's running to catch up with the others. But boy does he get so steamed at her when he finds out she came with him! LOL!
Make sure you check out my story in my journal too!
